After continuous research i settled on purchasing the TRESemme deep treatment masque due to the fact that it was affordable and by a brand that i have tried and loved before. I looked into overnight hair masques first however was advised against it due to the fact that the 3-5 minute ones give you the same result as your hair is like a sponge, and can only absorb a certain amount of product therefore the overnight one would be a somewhat waste or at least no more for your hair than the 3-5 minute ones.
