Morphe 35F Palette ‘Fall into Frost’ | Beauty Review

I am totally late to the bandwagon, I understand this, but my gosh I’m glad I caught the bug. The Morphe 35F Fall into Frost palette is everything I need in an eyeshadow palette and the price blows me away every time. To see what I have enjoyed about this palette and perhaps what has not quite lived up to expectations.. read on!

Now, getting this beauty to be mine was a challenge at most – one I roped my mum into as well. I asked for this palette for Christmas last year and it seems that every person up and down the country did as well because it was out of stock on both Beauty Bay and Cult Beauty. We both signed up to their waitlist and it really was a wait until it came back into stock. Sadly, it was not to be anytime soon so I gave up and continued to use my Make up Revolution palette.. one that was affordable and did the job but was not making me excited to use.

However, about a week ago I decided to just check Beauty Bay and to my surprise, IT WAS IN STOCK! I was so shocked because it was transitioning into autumn and this is the perfect autumn palette and so affordable. I was not going to risk not having it again so I bought it there and then and have not regretted it since! I have only had it a week so I have only had a play with a few looks but I love having the arsenal to change up my look every day. I can create light smokey eyes, gold eyes, burnt orange coloured eyes, cranberry coloured eyes and loads more.

For the price of £22.50 you really cannot fault it – you get 35 beautiful colours (7 Mattes and 28 shimmers) all of which are highly pigmented and easy to blend. I’m by no means a makeup artist and I can create beautifully blended eye looks. I have only experienced a little bit of fall out but this is when applying heavy looks, big smoky eyes. When only using it day to day the fall out in minimal – but honestly I can get over this when the pigmentation is so good. The swatch below is simply just touching the shadows!

My only criticism of this palette is that it has a few more shimmery shadows than I am used to and struggle to find the perfect crease colour to match various shimmery colours. However, saying this I knew the ratio of mattes to shimmers beforehand so it clearly did not put me off buying it. I still use the available matte shades in my looks and have yet moved on to another palette since purchasing this one.

Other palettes that have caught my eye from Morphe:

Morphe 35OM Matte Nature Glow:

This is the Morphe 35OM Matte Nature Glow palette and I have completely fallen in love with the various burnt orange and mustard shades in this palette. I’m thinking of purchasing this alongside the Fall into Frost to solve my problem of limited mattes and this palette is ALL matte shades featuring some gorgeous crease and transition browns and soft oranges.
